How do I get in touch with The Sticker Site?
It's EASY to get in touch with us! To contact The Sticker Site about any issue simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We work hard to get back to you within 24 hours. During our busy season (September - December) it may take a little longer to respond - and for that we thank you for your patience
Returns & Refunds
We promise to deliver the best quality custom products to you in a timely manner. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Due to the customised nature of our products, all sales are final. However if you feel your order wasn't printed as instructed, let us know and we will be happy to resolve the issue
In the event that an error made by The Sticker Site is found, we are happy to issue a reprint at no extra cost.
To issue a full refund the original order will need to be sent back to help determine the cause of the problem. Return and original shipping charges are refundable if the error is determined to be by The Sticker Site in the processing of your order. Refunds cannot be processed for errors that are deemed beyond the control of The Sticker Site
Can I cancel or amend my order?
All orders are followed up by a confirmation email which contains the exact text that was entered during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to check this as soon as possible. Make Your Own stickers (uploading an image) have the option of receiving a pdf proof before orders are printed.
Once an order has been placed and you have received your confirmation, it will go to print shortly after. If you need to make changes or if you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order.

Do you always meet your delivery timescales?
Your confirmation and dispatch notifications will keep you updated on the progress. We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally an order can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.
Discount for bulk orders
Please contact us if you wish to discuss discounts for bulk ordering. We will only consider discounts for orders of more than 20 identical sheets
My discount code isn't working
There are many different types of discount codes that you can use with The Sticker Site, and many have different formats. Here are the most common issues with discount codes:
Discount codes must not have any spaces before, within, or after the code.
If a code is not being accepted and no error message is appearing, try emptying your browser cache, exiting the browser and reopening.

Do you keep my uploaded artwork / design?
If you upload a design we will hold it on our server for 365 days. After that it will be automatically deleted.
However, if you create an account with us during the checkout process we will be able to keep your design securely on our database so you wont have to worry about uploading it again! You can simply log into your account and reorder.
Please note; do not delete your own copy of your design! Whilst we have every faith in our server storage, things do go wrong and we cannot be held responsible for losing files.
We will not share your uploaded design / picture / logo / artwork with anyone without your permission
When uploading a design you must select from the drop down menu whether you have permission to use the image, if you own the copyright or if the image is copyright free. The Sticker Site reserve the right to question the legitimacy of copyright ownership. The Sticker Site reserve the right to cancel an order if they feel the image infringes copyright legislation.
