Your invoice is sent with your letter. Therefore the letter should NOT be sent directly to the child. It is sent in a discreet brown envelope (perfect for hiding away until your ready).
1 letter per child. If you need 2 or more letters, please add 1 to your basket then return to the product page to enter the details for a new letter.
Enter the text exactly as it should be printed. We wont amend anything you enter so ensure you use the correct spelling and grammar. Personalised products cannot be refunded so please check all details carefully. If you spot a mistake we are happy to amend right up until dispatch email has been sent.

- When will you dispatch my order?
Once your order has been placed and accepted we will print and dispatch within 24 hours. If you order before midday we will aim (but not guarantee) to send it the same day.
Our dispatch days are Monday - Friday. Excluding bank holidays.
Polite note; if you place an order after midday on Friday it will be dispatched the following Monday.
