Cancelling or changing an order

We are happy to make changes to your order up until a dispatch email has been sent. Please email with your order number and details of the required changes

If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If you wish to cancel it completely please email us at Please quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, please see our delivery page for estimated arrival times after an item has been dispatched.

Refunds policy

We promise to deliver the best quality custom products to you in a timely manner. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at and we will be happy to resolve any issue.
In the unlikely event that an error made by The Sticker Site is found, we are happy to issue a reprint at no extra cost.
To issue a full refund the original order will need to be sent back to help determine the cause of the problem. Return and original shipping charges are refundable if the error is determined to be by The Sticker Site in the processing of your order. Refunds cannot be processed for errors that are deemed beyond the control of The Sticker Site.

Personalised items will only be refunded if an error has been made by The Sticker Site.

Faulty Items

If for any reason a faulty product slips through our Quality Control checks, please contact us as soon as possible. Pictures may be requested to determine any problems. For a refund, the item will need to be returned to us within 90 days of purchase.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You will not be charged return postage on faulty items

Condition of returns:
Returned items must be in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.
